Christine Mirabel

For the past 25 years, Christine has participated in countless mediations, both as a mediator and attorney.  Those mediations have involved many areas of the law including complex business, real estate, employment, insurance, finance, environmental, landlord-tenant and shareholder disputes. Christine's extensive experience negotiating commercial and real estate transactions, combined with acting as a mediator in numerous lawsuits, gives her an extraordinary perspective on the mediation process.  Not only does she see the parties' interests and goals through their lens, but she uses her negotiation experience and training as a guide and framework to assist the parties in resolving their disputes.  In her role as a mediator, Christine uses her comprehensive legal and business background together with her analytical ability to help the parties identify their interests and common ground, and achieve their mediation objectives.  Persistent by nature, she is dogged in her search for creative solutions to resolving disputes.  If a matter does not settle at mediation, she follows up with the parties afterward to continue exploring possible paths to resolution.

Christine has been appointed to serve on several mediation panels including the California Association of Realtors mediation panel, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Attorney Client Mediation and Arbitration Services panel and the California Academy of Mediation Professionals, Los Angeles Superior Court limited jurisdiction panel.  She completed the Southern California Mediation Association Mentorship Program in December 2016, and the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, Pepperdine University, program, "Mediating the Litigated Case" in August 2015.

Christine received the 2014 Private Company Corporate Counsel of the Year (at least $500 million) award by the Los Angeles Business Journal in recognition of her exceptional achievements.
